Special Offer Expired

Hey All,

I have a guest that I sent a special offer to during their stay, and it shows that they never accepted it. This guest just contacted me (a month after their stay) asking why they never recieved the discount I sent? I tried to re-send it, but it says that those dates are no longer available to send an offer. Does anyone know how the guest would have been notified of the original offer, and is it too late now to amend it?

Since the reservation has been completed, you can use the Resolution Center to send money to your guest

Your guest would have been notified the same way as would be notified for for example a reservation request. If your guest has chosen to not receive any notifications, the only way the guest would have known, is by logging on to his account. But in my opinion, if a guest chooses not to receive any notifications, and come back to you with his request only a month after he stayed with you, it is his responsibility. You made him an offer which he did not accept (for whatever reason). For me that would be it.
