I've been successfully giving special offers to guests booking my new listing ... but today an enquiry came through and the function to offer a special has disappeared from my account. It only gives Accept or Decline. How do I get it back?
Are you certain this was an just an "inquiry" and not an actual "booking"? If it was a booking then click 'accept' and it's done, no need to make a special offer
Hi James - definitly just a request - and I do want to do the special offer as agreed with them prior ... If I just accept they will get charged the full rate which is not what we agreed.
