Hi everyone! 

Quick question re: Special Offers. 

I have sent a special offer to a guest who would like to book my accommodations for 1 month.  I always have Instant Book turned on, so to ensure the dates dont become unavailable for him in the next 24 hours (he is relocating from Denmark to Canada), I have blocked the offer dates in my calendar.  Is he still able to accept this special offer if I have the dates blocked in the calendar? I could alternatively turn off my Instant Book option.  What is the best thing to do? I am new to Airbnb hosting!

Hello @Heather281 If you block them manually, he will not be able to book either. The best would be to use the option of blocking the calendar once he sends the request - you are asked whether you want to block the dates. Or turn off IB, but you shouldn't turn down too many requests from other guests.
