Hi all!

A guest reserved and then cancelled due to price. We came to an agreement. She has now reserved again, and I want to make a special offer but seem unable to at this stage... there's no special offer to click on anywhere! Shall I accept, then immediately change price...or decline, and then will the special offer option return to her page, and we can start again! hope this makes sense!

I'm having a hard time following you. If she has already reserved and paid then I think the only thing you can do is what 24-48 hours after check-out then in your inbox where that guest's messages are shown, there will be a button that says "Resolve an Issue." Click that and then select the reason as "Offer a Partial Reimbursement." I hope that answers your question.
