Hello @Karl25,
You can set different minimum stays for checkins on specific dates.
Click on "Host" and then select "Listings". Then click on your listing.
Click on "Availability settings" and then click the "Edit" button in the "Trip length" section.
Then click the "Add a custom rule for seasons or specific dates" link. Then click in the "During" box.
You can select one of the pre-set ranges or choose "Specific dates".
If you choose "Specific dates" then set the start and end dates and the minumim stay you want for the period. You can also limit checkins to specific daty of the week but this is optional. You can set the start and end date to be equal if you wish to have a different minimum stay for checkin on a single specific date.
Then click "Save" and "Save" again.
Note that the minimum stay you set applies to checkins on the specified dates.
For example if your usual minimum stay is 2 nights and you set a minimum of 3 nights for checkins on the 3rd to the 10th of November then the following can happen. Someone checking in on the 2nd of November is allowed to book for only 2 nights, if they want to, even though it encroaches on your 3 night period. Someone checking in on the 10th must stay for a minimum of 3 nights even though it encroaches on a 2 night minimum period.
Steve.
