Strict Cancelation Offer to guest

I got strict cancelation policy however I want to refund more than 50% but the system does not allow me to do it... Is there a way to do it?

Could it be possible that Airbnb already refunded 50% to the guest as part of the cancellation policy for strict is they refund 50% if the reservation is cancelled 7 days or more before the check-in?  Did the guest cancel?

If you would like to refund more than your cancellation policy indicates, you could do so through the resolution center.  But why ?  Your guests entered a contract with you and your cancellation policy was clear at the moment of booking.  If you are able to relet the dates, fair enogh, but otherwise it would leave you out of pocket !
