As far as I'm aware I've met every criterion listed to achieve Super Host Status: 5 * reviews and 100% response rate since last year....So, why haven't I been awarded said status?
@Lesley0, things do happen, on either end. If a cancellation must be done, always involve Airbnb. Never cancel yourself under any circumstances. Best to you. Lots of fabulous hosts, including group moderators, are not super hosts. It's hard to get and hold onto. We are at the whim of capricious people.
