hi everyone! i was wondering if someone would be able to answer why i have not been awarded super host as yet?

as i can see that i have reached all of the requirements.

I was just last evaluated in July, and it was not awarded, i have not been able to find a contact for airbnb to ask why?

any assistance would be great 🙂

Hi Brandi, 

I believe it's due to your 5-start review percentage. I think it needs to be higher. I believe it may need to be at 100% five-star reviews, for that assessment period. I was also not rewarded super host, during this previous assessment period, I think due to not having 100% committment rating. I don't think that's fair, b/c my home is listed on other sites, and got booked quicker through those sites.
