We just had horrible guests. If they leave a bad review can we lose our status?

@Janeen5 yes, of course you can. ABB counts all reviews regardless of how bad the guest was who leaves it. Why do you ask?

@Janeen, its possible, especially since you only have 23 reviews. It depends on what overall star rating they leave. But the good news is that we just started the quarter so you have until March 31st to get as many 5 star reviews as you possibly can. If I were you I would not review these guests until the very last minute of the 14th day. If you review them first they will get a prompt, which may spark their immediate review of you.
