What happen when you have repeat guest but they do not review and give 5 stars?  

Will that have a negtive effect on our hosting status?

Any help will be great.

The effect is on your "percentage of guests who review," which needs to be 50% to achieve/retain Superhost status.

 

It is probably better than a return guest who gives less than 5-stars.
