Superhost status calculation wrong

Dear Community,

I wonder if anyone could help me with how I could escalate the way I'm being treated by AirBnB.

It appears there is an error and/or intervention to prevent me from achieving the Superhost status.

As far as I can tell, I have met ALL the criteria for Superhost, yet it's not awarded to me.
When I contacted AirBnB customer support, I start getting different and contradictory explanations :
- One agent said its just a question of time.  They need 5-15 days! to update the stats.
- Another agent (specialist), said it's because my ratings fell short by 0.2.  But when I questioned that with the actual figures, he wrote back to retract that explanation.
- Others have spoken to, just say it's a "black box", we can't tell you why.

What does one do about this UNFAIR and really disturbing treatment?
I asked the agent/specialist who informed me to tell me the ESCALATION process if I am not satisfied.  They just ignored that.

The truth of the matter is that My performance is ABOVE what is required to be Superhost as per today 1st April. However, the stats you’re using is incorrect and I am not identified as a Superhost. This is incorrect and unfair and I humbly request an immediate investigation, explanation and correction.
I have two listings.
Listiing #1 : My listing ZEN DEN has an overall rating of 4.9. This is well above what is required for Superhost. In addition, ALL the other statistics of ZEN DEB are way higher than the targets:
Response rate =98%
Cancellations =0/yr
Accepted reservations= 100%
These are well above what is required to qualify as Superhost.
Listing #2: My second listing is ZEN PEACE. The Statistics for Zen Peace are as follows :
Response rate =100%
Cancellations =0/yr
Accepted reservations= 100%
In addition, ZEN PEACE has had a rating of 4.7 before the last three 5-star reviews given to me by guests. When these three 5-star ratings are updated and taken into consideration, then ZEN PEACE would have a rating that is higher than 4.8. These great reviews have not been considered in the calculations. This is WRONG and UNFAIR.
I’m completely puzzled by this as I have ALWAYS experienced AirBnB to be a truly fair, integrity based, efficient and truthful organization. What is going on with this?

I've worked very hard to ensure I get these five star reviews. These 3 separate five star reviews should move my rating on Zen Peace from 4.7 to 4.8 . Well before today April 01. Why hasn't this changed? Why are my stats being treated different from others?

This is very worrying!

Gosh @Idowu0  I know its exciting and you're eager to be a superhost but you'll have to wait a bit longer.

1st April is the cut off day, airbnb will now wait 14 days for reviews to come in from guests that have just left.

Sorry if I sound too eager. Well, I wish they would just simply explain it as simply as you've explained it.  Then I wouldn't worry so much.  I just couldn't figure out what's going on.

James, I have had the same experience. I was told by one CS person that I was still a superhost just a few days ago ( and I know abotu the interim period fo 2 weeks....)  Today it came in that  I am not. I am well over the percentages in all the stats, sometimes at 100%.  In many of the boxes that list the percentages -- guest averages,  it says 5.0 or 4.9 but in overall it comes to .1 off, but it changes  daily.... with all this... I don't know if its just a computerized thing and I shoudl call them or what.... I dont know how anyone can stay in the 4.9 - 5.0 range if you have a bad guest and have had long term stays.

In any event -- the mixed messages from CS, and the retractions, as you mention....  I have had the same -- and thought it would help to let you know that you're not the only one dealing with this.

Lisa, thank you for saying this.  It's really helpful to know I'm not the only one dealing with this. Now, they do say I've got everything on track for superhost.  Just now waiting for the interim period to be completed. I'm curious what the final decision will be.
