Suspension for declining

I have been threatened by Airbnb for declining reservation. I have had very good resons to do so. Some because there were more people in the reservation thatn the house could handle. Others because for the Christmas season were reswerving for 2 0r 3 days and that being my most important season, I need at least a week reservation. I can understand a suspention for not accepting reservations for no valid reason, otherwise it seems totally unfair.

If you require guests to book for a week at Christmas you can go to your calendar page and change the availability settings (the part with 'trip length' and 'additional requirements' for this period.
