Sync calendar with VRBO

We have had our Airbnb calendar synced with VRBO for some time now and it seems to have worked pretty well until 2020. Now for post April 2020 dates, when we sync all dates show filled due to syncing, so we can't get any reservations for those dates. So far no one at Airbnb can give us any help on something that should be simple. Big surprise. We have removed the link and are having to link manually for now. They suggested exporting the Air calendar to VRBO, but we don't want to risk screwing up our master calendar.

This is 2021. I last visited the issue 2 years ago and gave up.  Has this problem been resolved to allow calendar syncs with vrbo, home away, google, etal?

I have no problem syncing calendars between VRBO. AIRBNB, HomeAway, booking, and Micazu.
It's very rare that it does not work.
The easiest remedy is to remove the link and make a new one.
Booking.com gives the most problems.
