System **bleep**

Though we had sent an offer to the requesting ´David"  from Belém/Brazil, and it is also showing up in the airbnb - records `You sent an offer to David today 18:09", still airbnb keeps sending us demands we should send an offer to David, otherwise we´d have to "accept  a penalty".
Just as always, no possibility to attain airbnb office to make a query on this very usual problem with the airbnb system which so often is not working and reacting properly.
Please conect us with a PERSON, a HUMAN, who can TAKE RESPONSIBILTY to DELETE this `penalty´ threat, No machine, no saying-nothing-"reply" by a ` community member". THANK YOU SO VERY VERY MUCH !!

Once you've done that, send the question. AirBnB will respond via email, to which you can reply.
