Taking a five month break

We have one guest room we've been using for Airbnb guests.  There is a possibility that room will be out of commission for five months, which means not accepting any reservations for that time.  Is there a penalty for being out of the loop for an extended period of time?  Will our posting be deleted?  Will we have to start over with our reviews and loose our 5 star rating?

Just put it on snooze for period. Your listing will remain until you bring it back to life. 

You would lose your superhost status - but remember mosts guests havent a clue what this means, or even searched for it.
