Please be aware that if Airbnb is collecting your state Occupancy taxes, it is hit and miss. I just got a notice of nonpayment for July which I have to pay with interest because Airbnb only sent a receipt by FAX and no payment. I have to pay it and next time will be penalized an extra $50 plus interest. Beware.
