I have a "real" house" with 2 "real" bedrooms, a living room and kitchen.
While pricing my "entire place" listing, I noticed very low pricing from my competitors.
This low pricing comes from "guests suites". Often 2 small bedrooms w/small reefer, microwave and no living area.
Because they have a separate entrance, they can be considered "entire place" on Airbnb.
I just discovered prospective guests can use a filter to whittle out these offerings, but don't think many guests know about this or will utilize.
How does one make a "real house" stand out from these small suites?
