The rate advertised

I have 1 or 2 rooms available, but the rate should be per person. I dont want to charge the rate for 2 rooms if only one is occupied...

@Lesley231, there are a couple of ways you could do this. Charge a base rate for 1 or 2 people,  then charge extra for additional guests over the 2 (who would presumably occupy the second room). Or another way is to have 3 listings - room 1, room 2 and both rooms. You would only do this if you don't mind having two separate parties occupying the two rooms. You would also have to sync your calendars to prevent double booking.
