The above guide should suffice in assisting you with your enquiry although if you still need to contact Airbnb then the best and quickest to contact them is via Twitter or Facebook. You can of course try to call them or contact them via the resolution centre by going through the HELP icon on your home page although it's not as quick as the former options
Step 1: Log into Twitter
Step 2: Search for @Airbnbhelp and choose "Follow" them
Step 3: Send a Direct Message (DM) explaining your issue and wait for their response. They may ask for information such as your listing but always provide it over DM so it is not public.
