To Unblock dates on an expired booking

Dear airbnb team the mentioned guest Simon and I tried to change the dates of his booking beginning from the 30th of July. However, since we were not able to connect within the 24h frame, the first week is now "blocked" and I can't remove the booking so he can rebook. Could you please investigate and get back to me?

Hi, this is only a community forum with members like yourself, Airbnb staff do not manage or read this forum as such will not receive your message.  You can manage changes on Airbnb yourself, have a read through this guideline/ policy - https://www.airbnb.co.uk/help/article/50/can-i-change-a-reservation-as-a-host

 

The above guide should suffice in assisting you with your enquiry although if you still need to contact Airbnb then the best and quickest to contact them is via Twitter or Facebook. You can of course try to call them or contact them via the resolution centre by going through the HELP icon on your home page although it's not as quick as the former options

 

Step 1: Log into Twitter

Step 2: Search for @Airbnbhelp and choose "Follow" them

Step 3: Send a Direct Message (DM) explaining your issue and wait for their response.  They may ask for information such as your listing but always provide it over DM so it is not public.
