Transferring a listing

Hi Guys, I run a property management company and have been thinking that if any of my owners decided to cut the apron strings and go it alone or decide to move to another management company is there any way I can transfer the listing to someone else including the bookings etc.  I don't want to be reponsible for ruining hundreds of peoples holidays nor do I want to incurr hundreds of pounds of cancellation charges.

Does anyone know if this is possible?

@Joanne151  I am not a property manager, so I may be ignorant of how you work with the Air BNB platform.  Is your management company listed as the administrative host for the property or the co-host for the property?

It's not possible. You'd have to create a new listing. Airbnb CS might help you cancel without penalties if you explain that you're offering the guests the option to rebook on the new listing.
