Two superhosts walk into an Airbnb...

Dear fellow hosts,

A Toronto host had this to deal with this week:

Eee! I met @Alexandra  for the Toronto leg of @Lizzie's  tour and we, Alexandra and I, shared an Airbnb!

I know! If you were the host, you would have been on the phone to CS, right?

First of all, we had never met IRL before. So "guest met a stranger downtown".

Secondly, although I have had great luck hosting superhosts, that has not been Alexandra's or some other hosts' experience. And two of them at once? What a nightmare.

Good thing we could give him loads of advice on how to handle guests like us...

🙂

Nice commentary @Lawrene0, @Susan151 , @Ann72 , Sandra (can’t tag) @Ben551  & @Robin4 .

I went away for a few days and came back and felt late to the party, when I turned to CC and saw @Lizzie was at Adelaide airport!!  What!

🙌🏼 But seriously, my very first guest was a superhost and she was a delight. Helpful, great advice when asked for, and the best review... so bring the superhosts I say. They understand your commitment and desire to offer a great stay, and the sh#@$y review system we all are fighting against.

Challenges and staying on my toes is not an issue. I played basketball and did ballet as a child! Lol...

@Lawrene0 Somehow I completely missed this too! Shame on me!

We were not the guests from hell... wish we could tell some really wild story, but it was a very nice evening and I'm really glad we did it! The Airbnb was cool, and a very good value. Five stars all around.

@Robin4 Kind of a long way to come for just one night, but we would have been thrilled to have you, of course!

Haha, I love this thread @Alexandra316 and @Lawrene0. Toronto seemed to survive well! 🙂

Thank you both again for making all the effort to venture to the city. It really was fanastic to meet you both and it's just quite amazing that you were both able to stay together and get to know each other more. Next time we should get a three roomed Airbnb...'Two superhosts and a Lizzie, walk into an Airbnb...'
