Unable to remove pre-approval

How do I remove a pre-approval from a message thread - there is no button to do this anywhere despite advice in the help centre? I am using a computer (Mac)

Seems there are a few having the same problem.  It is probably a glitch in the system and you would most likely need help from airbnb CS.

No help from Airbnb "customer service", such as it is. I sent an email over a week ago. No reply received.
