Unblock my calender

A guest cancelled her reservation within a short time of her booking. Her money was refunded. The problem is my calender is still blocked stopping others from creating a reservation. Airbnb should have unblocked it but they haven't. How do I contact them? It seems to me the airbnb website does everything to dissuade you from contacting them. Thanks Johanna

Hi Had to cancel a reservation 195 days before guests were to arrive due to our city banning vacation rentals. We have found out we are allowed to rent until the end of 2016. I can not unblock my calender to open the dates again. Very frustrating!!!

Happened to me to.  I want to know how to get in touch to unblock the dates.  In my case, I cancelled the reservation.  I did this very shortly after I accepted (10 hours later) because I inadvertantly had "instant book" on, I'm new to Airbnb, and I already had someone trying to book these dates but she was struggling too with how to do it.  So..... basically I had two on the same dates and I felt I really had to honor the first booking.  Now, I can't accept anything for those dates.  What can I do???

If you cancel, the dates are automatically blocked--it's a penalty for canceling. Try never to cancel, yourself. (Guests canceling is different.) You could contact AirBnB and explain the mistake with Instant Book and they might make an exception since you're new.

I also have problem with block calendar, and i can't contact airbnb. I have availability of 11 beds for rent and whereever someone book, it's blocking the day and shows on the system my calendar blocked.
