I have multiple listings. Mostly a blessing, but sometimes a curse.
A curse, because I don't go through my listings line by line often.
I recently got a 4-day 4th of July Holiday reservation at Off-season pricing 😞 I mistakingly thought I had a 3 month window for booking.
Today, I discovered that I errantly chose moderate cancellation on units that I "thought" were flexible.
Does anyone know how to download a database of one's listing? It would be nice to see a table of my listings with a column heading for "listed?" "cancellation policy" "smart-pricing?" "Booking window" "Instant Booking?"
I know it's possible, but how.
to avoid such surprises the best is if you set your full season price as a base price an then just lower it manually out of season 🙂 that's what we do
@Branka-and-Silvia0 @Paul154 If Airbnb introduce that table option you, @Branka-and-Silvia0, mentioned in that other topic, it would solve the problem. I'm in love with tables - they clearly present any type of data.
I did discover this very helpful table. So easy to see if I have IB turned-on and that my rooms are listed.
I have sent in a request to Airbnb for more columns (booking window, smart pricing...)
Seeing the table from your panel, @Branka-and-Silvia0, an idea struck me that this is the way Airbnb should develop the panel - plain tables summarising each listing. Would work wonders for us, very often having other jobs, hosts. I started wondering which options are the most essential to be included... I think this idea is worth developing.
Great to hear your enthusiasm around this @Marzena4, @Paul154 and @Branka-and-Silvia0, and to see that this would be a really useful feature to you. I agree, to have everything laid out in a grid which all your different settings/options displayed in one place, is nice and simple to manage.
Would you display everything here or just the main functions? What categories would you have?
