Upcoming guests adding additional guests during stay

Hi,

I have a guest who booked for 2 adults and an infant. She messaged me and informed me that her parents (I am assuming two additional adults) will be joining them for a "couple of days". Has anybody experienced this. I'm not sure how to handle this price wise and what to tell the guest.

Hello @Martin-and-Emelyn0. You may, and should IMHO, request the money for the parents' stay. You can do it using the option "request money."
