I just had an instant booking and the guest openly said they were booking for someone else. This person is not verified thru the Airbnb network and I am HIGHLY uncomfortable with this reservation. I want to cancel but I don't want this to affect my rating as a host. How should this be handled?
Third-party bookings are against Airbnb policy and they are in violation.

Hosts who use Instant Book may be able to cancel penalty-free if they have concerns about the reservation or a guest’s behavior. Calendar inaccuracy, confusion about pricing or availability, and extenuating circumstances are not covered by this policy.
