Hi everyone,

If you agree open this post and click this link  HERE  to thumb up the suggestion, it is already popular but not yet 'under consideration'.

I think this is a great suggestion.  I see way too many hosts complaining that guests threaten to give them a bad review and low star ratings if the host does not give them a refund, often for egregious reasons.  Let's try to level the playing field.
