Watering gardens

Hi!   We're new hosts and for the summer are planting wildflowers, so how do you wanter the gardens with guests there?

We could stop by at 5:30am and water the flowers, we could ask the guests to do it.   Neither seems like a great idea.

What do you do?

Thanks

Megan and JB

@John2692 I kill a lot of hanging baskets every year and just replace them 🙂

I agree, it's really awkward. Maybe consider an automatic watering system or using native species - like the wildflowers you suggest - that don't need to be watered often or at all. I use a lot of decorative grasses in my flower beds: they look modern and attractive, and they don't die.

I love my flowers! Like @Alexandra31  says, an automatic waterin system may be your best option.

Stopping by the rented home at 5:30am to water plants is NOT a good idea : )

Guests would feel awkward, I am sure (I would if my host would says something like that).
