A guests wanted to know what is Airbnb's policy in regards to Weather-related delays or cancellations.
In cases where there's a weather related flight cancellations, does Airbnb override the Host cancellation policy (Flexible, Moderate, Strict) What documentations would the guest need to provide?
Airbnb refunds guests in the event of natural disasters, they do not provide protection against bad weather. For these types of situations, the guest should get standard trip insurance to cover the cost of their flights, lodging, etc. in the event of weather-related delays.
my guest just left early after only one night because of the bad weather. do I still get paid ? i have a policy of 2 nights mimimum and its hardly our fault its raining. they said everything was fine in the accomodation
