I'm looking for recommendations how people handle their property on the weekends. My unit just went back on the market after a slew of long term guests and immediately had every weekend booked with a single night (Sat or Sun) guest. My current set up is check out at 12 check in at 2, with one day blocked before and after, so I lose out on Friday or Saturday depending, you get the idea. I'd appreciate any insight/ideas.
You can set minimum 2 stay of 2 nights. Or price Fri and Sat nights higher but offer a discount if both are booked. That's normal in many smaller hotels here in the UK. Or if you do just want Saturday night for example it costs more per night. I have guests in my home and it's not worth the work and disruption for one night.
