What's wrong with the pricing?

Hi,

I recently put my room to rent on Airbnb, and here is my question:

Current setup:
- Smart Pricing: Off
- Base price: £39

- Cleaning fee: £9

- No special pricing for specific dates set up.

When I do a search in my area, in the search result, the price appears at £58. How is this calculated?

When I tap on the listing to access detail view, it is displayed as follow:
- £49 x 1 night - Where does that come from? I thought my Base price was £39.
- Cleaning fee: £9
- Service fee: £9
- Total: £67

I would expect to see 39 + 9 + 9 = 57 for 1 night. Why £67?

Why is the base price completely ignored in the search result and in the detailed view?

Does not really make sense in my opinion.

@Thomas456 When I look at your listing, I see base price $40 USD  and your calendar price is $52 USD.  Base price is displayed if no dates are selected while calendar price is connected to specific dates.   If that is not what you intended, contact Air BNB.  Here is a guide.

Hope this helps
