I am now into several weeks of, unfortanately, back-to-back bad guests and have contacted Customer Service multiple times. I get the same routine and nothing is being done about these situations. Right now my focus is on how Airbnb is handling issues/complaints. I'm getting nowhere now about a month out!
I've heard that issues have been resovled but since this is my first time dealing with them I'm not seeing it.
If you choose to request a return phone call from them instead of an email you will get a person and it will be handled much more quickly. If you email them it could be days. It really depends on what it is you need from them.
