Why does my listing not appear when searching for 29 days or more?

I can see my listing whenever I search for a place that is avaiable for 28 days or less, but when I search for 29 days or more it is not available? It doesn't matter which 29 day period that it is, it always is not available.

 

I have set it so that it is available from 6 - 90 days and there are currently no bookings, tentative bookings or blocked days at all.

 

Has anyone seen anything like that before?

You may have checked this already but could it be that the maximum number of nights' stay is set to 28?

 

You can check the setting by clicking on "Host", then on "Calendar" and then on "Manage settings".

Then scroll down to the "Trip length" section and check the "Maximum stay" setting.

Click the "Edit" button to change it if it's set to something you don't want.

Hi Steve,

 

I have changed the shortest/longest duration recently to 6 and 90 for each. It seems to be a coincidence that it doesn't appear for searches longer than 27 days after I made this change.
