Why is Airbnb blocked me?

I'm the host I have an apartment in Dubrovnik, Airbnb is great but I have one complaint, 20 days ago I was blocked. Three groups of tourists that have stayed in my apartment, I have not received my money into my bank account. Can someone answer why and when can I expect my money in my bank account.
