Why were my guests confirmed before I accepted them please?

Please snooze your listing ASAP, @Maria1228, as your listing allows 12 people to stay at your B&B for a single night price.  Meanwhile you have Instant Booking set up meaning that anyone can book your place without contacting you.

I think you probably mean for the price to be per room.  You need to list each room separately.  To snooze, go to manage listing, edit mode next to "listed", click on arrow and select "snooze".
