Yachts with Captains Listed on Airbnb

I have been waiting for Airbnb to remove two listings in my area. Both are yachts that are not anchored but are available to rent with a Captain for sightseeing. Guests can stay the night but the yachts are not anchored full time while the guests are there. I checked the rules and found that listings such as these are not permitted. I flagged the two listings over a week ago. Maybe it's just a rule that is not enforced?

I understand - and @David126 rules are rules. And certainly Airbnb should clarify one way or another as this type of listing can compete (unfairly) with homes and rooms that have hosts.

try getting in touch with Airbnb through twitter (@airbnbhelp) they seem to respond very quickly via that method.
