A guest wants to add a day to their reservation. I have gone to 'your reservations' and clicked on 'change or cancel'......then I changed the leave date (adding a day). The screen automatically changes the total due, then I confirm that I want to save the alterations......then it goes back to the original screen showing the original dates and total due.
What is supposed to happen? Shouldn't I get an email saying that the new dates/costs have been submitted to the tenant and I will hear back when it is accepted/declined?
P.S...... My tenant says she hasn't heard from Airbnb either.
Also, she can't add a single day because I have a two day minimum.
