adding a document to the lisitng

I need to send a parking form in adavaance, but I cant paste or attach the document when emailing the guest. How can I get this to them?

I need a response for the same thing - I would like to be able to send document to guests before they arrive (includes directions, how to open a keysafe if I am not there etc).
