additonal cleaning fee

hi all

so, i charge £5 cleaning fee for each reservation regardless how long they stay 

as per my decription there is £20 cleaning fee applied for stays over a week. I had a guest who stayed over a week, I requested the additonal £20 to be paid. 

He is saying that he owns £15 only as he already paid £5

i know it is not a big value, but it is more like the principals, it is clearly said on my website: £20 more if they stay over a week.

Hi @Dora31 I hope you are well!

Perhaps just update the wording on your listing to prevent any potential confusion to guests: "Guests staying over 1 week are required to pay a £20 cleaning fee in addition to my standard £5 cleaning fee"
