Hi there, i need an advice about cancelation of reservation.
Today i welcomed new guests to my apartments, as agreed, and they had compalints about all the things that were in description of my property, which were clearly stated in desription (floor, one bedroom). In one moment they made a comment they did not read description at all, and after all they decided not to enter the apartment. i am really sorry for this and i am looking for an advice how to act> i missed some other reservations, never had any complaints, and what is the normal way to resolve this issue. plase give me advice
