age requirement for the booking guest's guest?

Hi there from Texas,

 

I understand AirBnb has an age requirement of 18yrs old for guests and hosts signing up on the site. If a potential guest is bringing someone with them, should I be asking the age of the travel partner? Are there any laws stating the guest's travel partner needs to be a certain age to stay, even if the travel partner isn't the one booking? This is not a parent/child situation.
