airbnb and kigo

Hi there,

I want to know a little bit more on this, We've been searching for a property management software that has either 2 way Ical connection with airbnb or is a preferred partner with airbnb. 

Kigo told me today that airbnb is a live channel partner with 2 way instant connection and "If you have the conditions Airbnb asks, in order to be full partner (real-time synchronization in calendar, pricing, content) you won’t need ICAL. 

Does anyone else use a PMS with airbnb to manage their properties and reservations?

I work with Kigo and we do indeed have a bi-directional XML connection to Airbnb. Our clients have been taking advantage of this since the beginning of the year. Why not contact us for some further information? [Personal Information Hidden]

@Tony20 there are several options for channel partners.  All require IB be enabled for automatic bidirectional Airbnb updates.

and I am thinking Kigo is the one to go with since it covers more options

airbnb, bookingcom, stayz, tripadvisor

I just want software which helps me to update bookings between sites, allows me to change rates and maximum days bookings in one place and also combines all my properties into a page so I can have them bookable on my webpage... I hope companies like airbnb allow this kind of softweare to be embraced by property managers since it would def make things more streamlined for me, but I wonder if there is hestiance since it may feel to airbnb that it attracts guest bookings out of their site so it means they make less money... ,maybe that it why getting everything hooked up and fully automated isnt as easy to find and get hooked up

anyway I keep forgetting my kigo password - and when I try to reset the password it wont send me the new password.... o man
