Hi @Murat3 What a shame....it's never easy getting in touch with support staff, and I guess Friday night is a hot complaints night!  I hope you have a full charge on your phone 🙂

@Murat3  Being an early riser I find it very easy to reach support staff.  All call centers have long wait times and short wait times.  Since the call center is 24 hours, pick another time to call.  BTW I get great response using Twitter.

HI LInda,

I have heard from a few other hosts that their "calls" are answered quickly through Twitter. Do you contact Airbnb help on Twitter or just #Airbnb. Sorry, I am not a very active Twitter user.

Thanks

Did you get through, @Murat3? By phone or tweet? Did you follow @Linda108's advice? I know it must have been frustrating for you, but maybe you can help the next person in the same situation. Hope yours is sorted and all is well!

it took me almost one hour to speak with somebody. Now same problem happened again, airbnb help page is helpless I need to speak with somebody. Monday afternoon, I've been waiting for 25 minutes now. I'm sorry but airbnb call center SUCKS!

@Murat3

This has happened to me a few times....I often find that the wait times are longer when things are urgent or I have a suspicious last minute reservation. Even after I connect, the level 1 support is usually pretty basic and almost leads to a no result. Airbnb needs to up the ante for its host community.
