I have just had to decline a booking for 1 week in high season worth more than €3000.00 because without my knowledge or consent priced the booking with a 25% discount.
I have contacted airbnb and they tell me that they will offer a 25% discount to all first time bookings.
What sort of sharp practice is this ? It must be criminal and it is certainly a really good way to lose business.

I think you need to check your pricing settings @Stephen288 as I did a test booking for one of your rooms for a longer period in July and it does come with a 20% discount for stays over 7 days.
Also, @Stephen288, double check whatever message you confirm at Airbnb - sometimes wording is so cryptic that you approve an option to your disadvantage.
