airbnb nonpayment to hosts

This far I have received 20% of payment, even tho guest has been in house one week and has paid for total stay - showed me his payment receipt - In my transactions area it shows the 20% as being paid, fine, but under payment due there is nothing.

Seriously mad, now spent many hours over a few days trying to sort this out.

I also have not been paid at all for my last guest who stayed 10 days. He says he paid. Where can I notify Airbnb? So irritating
