blocking dates for potential guests

I am starting my second year as a host. I am looking at the probability of repeat guests for a particular weekend, but they have not confirmed the reservation. I am also using instant booking. I was going to block the days, but if I do, the guests will not be able to access or request the days. Any suggestions??

If you want to block out the dates without a confirmed booking then you can do so. Then when they are ready to book, take off IB, and unblock the dates.
