Hi, I've a guest who seem to have paid and in the meantime I've pre-approved the booking. The reservation does not appear in "Upcoming Reservations". Any clues how to sort out please?

If you received a booking confirmation and the dates are blocked in your calendar then you have a booking.

 

If you have just pre-approved a stay they have 24hrs from when you did this to confirm their booking.
