I own an aprtment in the building and the building works has been delayed, i have two issues:
1) i had to cancel a booking as the apartment will only be ready after the original booking, can i ask for extenuatingcircumstances review?
2) there will still be builders on site to do finishing works to floors above mine, should i cancel all the bookings i already have or make guests aware of this fact
Hi @Pieter28, cancelling the rest of your bookings will hurt your listing badly. I suggest just inform your guest about the ongoing works - you might get a bad review for it but it's still better than the punishment you'll get for cancelling.
