can I have a summer and winter listing for the same property?

I have an apartment in a ski station so all information currently reflects skiing etc.  Can I create another listing for summer, using the same apartment as I don't wish to lose winter information for any reservations made during the summer time?

@Vivienne1 It's not really clear why you would want to do this, but you certainly could. But why complicate things? Isn't it easier to just use the same listing. You can always describe summer and winter activities in your description. Guests will be smart enough to know that they're not going snow skiing in the summer. If you create 2 listings, you'll have to start all over again, then you'll have to keep modifying both to keep them current. It sounds like a lot of extra work, but if it works out better for you for some reason you can certainly do so.
