Dea all,
my guest just made a double reservation and asked me to cancel it. As I found out on the website, that this cancellation, even with guest requirement, will be reflected on my listing and I won't be able to get a super host status within one year. It was not fault and I am not wishing to have any negative consequenses in regards with this mistake. I am happy to help my potential guest and looking forward to get less harmful solution.

Hi @El2 if you didn't yet accept the booking, the guest can cancel without paying anything (no rental amount nor airbnb fees). If it's too late, they have to talk with Airbnb CS to cancel.

@El2, just to let you know (if you didn't) with IB you can cancel 3times without penality arging you are not comfortable with the guest. These 3 times are very precious and we have to take care using them. In this case I think Airbnb CS will cancel the 2nd booking without any problem. The only thing is that Airbnb refund can take a long long time.
Yes Olivier, I found this option on the website, but this cancellation will appear on my listing anyway. I believe that CS will help to resolve this issue and my guest is liaising with them at the moment.
